What we collect

• The email address you give when you subscribe to case updates, and any phone number and language preference you choose to provide;
• A record of your subscription consent, including the exact wording shown to you, the time, IP address and browser information;
• Source information such as campaign parameters and referring website;
• Information you choose to send to counsel by email or telephone.

How we use it

To send the case updates you subscribed to, respond to your inquiries, and keep compliance records. We do not sell your information.

Who can access it

Plaintiffs’ counsel (including co-counsel firms) and their authorized staff, and service providers that host, email and secure the site (such as Cloudflare). We may disclose information where required by law.

International transfer

Your information is processed and stored in the United States. By submitting it, you agree to that transfer for the purposes above.

Security and retention

All traffic is encrypted. Staff access requires multi-factor authentication and is audit-logged. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending updates and delete your information when it is no longer needed, unless law or professional rules require us to keep it.

Tracking

This site uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We use only essential browser storage to remember your language choice, and Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions.
